Dog Sees God
Dog house Construction
March 2018
William Woods University
Along with directing this production I also designed the set and had a part in construction. The dog house is one part that I constructed all the way to the end.
base of the house was constructed using 1x4s and screws and measured 3 ft. x 3 ft.
The roof was added and made sturdy so that multiple actors could sit on it during the show.
an outline was used to trace on the arched roof slats and a straightedge was used for the slats on the sides of the house

Wall Construction
October 2017
William Woods University
Myself and one other person designed these walls for this production. The concept was to keep the set simple but to still portray where the set was taking place. This setting took place in 1980s New York in two apartments, a bar, and an office.
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
Coffin
April 2017
William Woods University
I created Snow White's coffin by taking a preexisting bench that we had in stock and adding luan arches to the top. Many fake flowers were glued to the inside to cover up the fact that Snow White was not inside and the whole thing was covered in a lace to act as glass.
Unnecessary Farce
Set construction
March 2017
William Woods University
This set was created to be a mirror image of the other side of the stage. Myself and 3 other people put this set together with the set dressing in 4 days. Having such a limited time on this set really made me appreciate the efforts put into theatre.
All Through the Night
Painting
December 2017
William Woods University
This show was set in the round so attention to detail was important as the audience was much closer than they typically are. For this set I was in charge of painting the 8 chairs that we had onstage a wood grain that matched the painted floor.
